150L Stainless Steel Split Solar Water Heater with High Efficiency Black Chrome Flat Plate
Working Principle
1. Split pressurized flat plate solar water heater system incorporates a flat plate solar collector, pressure hot water tank, pump station and accessories.
2. An internal coil is pre-installed inside storage tank as heat exchanger.
3. A heat-transfer liquid circulate through flat plate collector and tank coil to make heat-exchange between the closed loop and main tank water.
4. An additional tank coil can be used to form a closed circulation loop for house or floor or pool water heating.
5. There are many different configurations possible, the choice of design will depend on the
6. purpose of the system, climate, space limitations and many other factors.
Flat Plate Solar Collector
1. Flat plate solar thermal collector is suitable for residential or commercial solar water heating projects.
2. The selective blue tinox coated absorber sheet absorbs up to 95% of available sunlight converting into usable heat.
Pressure Hot Water Tank
A pressure hot water tank with inside heat exchange coil is usually involved in closed loop solar water heater, the storage tank can be placed anywhere inside house.
Depending on the system design a single tank may incorporate both solar and auxiliary heating (gas, electric etc) or a dedicated solar tank may supply pre-heated water to a second tank that is heated by traditional energy sources.
1. Water storage tank: Food-grade stainless steel or enamel coated tank keeps the water clean and drinkable, automatic argon-arc welding technics ensures no leakage and long lifespan more than 30 years.
2. The hot water tanks have all been immersed in water and tested with 12 bar pressure to ensure no water leakage in high pressure condition.
3. Heat exchanger copper coil inside tank can be connected with collector to form closed-loop for solar water heating.
4. Insulation Layer: High-density polyurethane Integrated-foaming with twice slaking treatment, preserves water temperature constantly
5. Tank shell: Painted color steel plate with powder painting or baking treatment, much more durable and beautiful.
6. Accessories: Usually an electric heater is installed in tank for backup heating, and anode magnesium for corrosion resistance, T/P valve and check valve to limit the pressure inside tank for excess pressure protection.
Solar Pump Station
1. The solar pump station is an integrated control system consists of intelligent solar controller, circulating pump, expansion tank, pressure gauge, flow meter, relief valve, check valve, etc.
2. The solar pump station makes an simple system installation and intelligent system operation, when temperature discrepancy between heat-transfer medium and main tank water reaches set value.
3. The controller shall start the circulation pump automatically for heat exchange, or start back up heating device to assist solar water heating when colder water presents.
